The AI jobs apocalypse probably isn’t coming anytime soon

The encouraging part is that the debate finally has data rather than headlines: Anthropic's own analysis tempers Amodei's forecast about half of all entry-level jobs. The limit of that reassurance — less upheaval does not mean no upheaval; task profiles still shift, just more slowly and unevenly.
Teams training junior staff gain breathing room here, but should still build AI skills into the program.
