Small teams should start with one low-risk service and a tightly scoped login workflow. Verify whether every sign-in needs explicit approval, what the agent can do after logging in, and how sessions can be revoked.
This lowers the chance that an agent receives a reusable secret. Permissions and session control remain the critical test.
