Teams with many repositories should first compare the new coverage view with their own security requirements: which projects are missing, and why? The status makes rollout tracking more manageable, but it says nothing about whether AI Scan is reliable enough for critical code paths.
Validate that separately with representative pull requests before treating coverage as proof of protection.
