Slack can now vibe-code interactive charts and reports inside chats

Slack is launching Slackforce Surfaces, which lets you describe what you need to Slackbot and have AI build interactive reports, polls, dashboards, presentations or microsites right inside a chat. It pulls information from relevant conversations and connected apps such as Google Drive and Salesforce. Finished Surfaces can be shared, pinned to channels and commented on by colleagues. The feature is open to every workspace with Slackbot enabled, including free ones, though live data support only arrives in October.

For teams that constantly pull numbers from several tools, this is a real advantage: a dashboard or status report appears from a single prompt right where the discussion happens, and it stays linked to the data. The catch is data quality, since Slackbot condenses chat threads and app data, so errors or stale information end up neatly visualized in the channel.
We would check the figures before sharing any Surface with leadership.
