There is real value here for small dev teams, because agent sessions can now be handed off cleanly and the wider model choice moves expensive tasks onto cheaper models. The catch is review discipline: once agents mark pull requests ready to merge, the checking load shifts to humans who often no longer carry it.
Teams with working code review gain the most; teams that already wave changes through should be careful.
