Ten million tokens would be more than a spec sheet number: entire codebases or archives could be processed in one pass without elaborate RAG plumbing. The open question is usability, because past several million tokens what matters is not capacity but how reliably content is still retrieved, while latency and price climb.
Until limits, API pricing and data handling are confirmed, rebuilding existing workflows makes no sense.
