Anthropic’s new Claude feature is quietly selling you on AI

TL;DR

Anthropic is rolling out Reflect for Claude in beta: a dashboard in the web and desktop apps that visualizes topics, usage patterns and task types across 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Reflect is available to Free, Pro and Max users with Memory enabled. Anthropic says a future view will also show how much time users have spent with Claude. The company frames Reflect as healthier AI use, with quiet hours, break nudges and reflection prompts about which tasks should remain human-led.

Nauti's Take

Reflect is clever because it turns anxiety about AI dependence into product design. The break tools may be useful, but they live inside the same interface that demonstrates how often Claude is already doing work for you.

That is not a scandal, but the honest label is not just wellness dashboard. It is a loyalty layer.

Briefingshow

Reflect shows how AI products are maturing beyond model upgrades: retention now also comes from self-tracking, habit loops and soft coaching. Anthropic presents the feature as mindful usage, but the same dashboard can normalize Claude as part of the user's everyday workflow.
