For small teams, the first test is the handoff: does the harness show people what the agent is doing, which decision is pending, and where intervention is needed? Try it on an existing workflow and measure three signals: attention required, manual corrections, and lost context.
Without that evidence, Attention Interface remains a useful label for an unclear product idea.
