Say hello to Claude Wrapped

TL;DR

Anthropic is launching Reflect for Claude in beta, giving users a dashboard of recurring topics, delegated tasks, and peak usage times. The dashboard can look back over one month, three months, six months, or a full year, and is available in Claude settings on web and desktop. Users can set quiet hours and break reminders. Anthropic says a total time-spent view is coming later.

Nauti's Take

Claude Wrapped sounds cute, but it is a grown-up mirror: if you keep handing emails, strategy, writing, or decisions to Claude, you should know what pattern that creates. It is good that Anthropic includes breaks, quiet hours, and exclusions for incognito and health-related contexts.

The PR coating is heavy. A dashboard will not make anyone more reflective by itself, but it can surface the uncomfortable question: are you using Claude as a tool, a sparring partner, or a thinking prosthetic?

Briefingshow

AI usage is becoming measurable like fitness, music, or screen time. That is useful because many people already hand work, thinking, and private questions to chatbots without seeing their own patterns. At the same time, Anthropic turns self-reflection into a product surface, wrapped in PR language about better thinking habits and sensitive data handling.
