Say hello to Claude Wrapped
TL;DR
Anthropic is rolling out a new beta feature for Claude called Reflect. It shows users which topics they discuss with Claude, what kinds of tasks they delegate, and when they use the chatbot most. The lookback can cover 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Users can also set quiet hours and break reminders, while a total time-spent view is planned for later.
Nauti's Take
Claude Wrapped sounds like a cute engagement feature, but it is closer to Screen Time for AI work. Many users do not need another clever prompt as much as they need a mirror for the thinking, writing, and decision prep they already outsource.
Anthropic wraps this in wellness language, of course. Still, the dashboard could be useful if people treat it as an audit: which tasks are you handing off, which ones should stay yours, and when does Claude become a reflex instead of a tool?
Briefingshow
Claude is becoming more like a work diary. For individuals and teams, the useful question is whether AI is improving judgment or simply absorbing more tasks by habit. The sensitive part is metadata: topics, peak hours, and delegated task types can reveal a lot about work pressure, routines, and priorities without exposing the raw chats.
