Small teams should verify first how stable these tests stay under real UI changes and parallel execution. A CLI does not solve QA by itself if agents break on minor layout shifts or if runtime and cost climb inside the pipeline.
The real checkpoints are failure rate, repeatability, and how much manual review is still needed at the end.
