The interesting part is not the model but the translation layer, since turning everyday language into musical parameters is exactly the work that makes generative tools usable by normal people. The limit is the artist-name shortcut, which is legally delicate and slides quickly into imitation.
Hobby producers get an easy entry point, while commercial users need the rights question settled first.
