Voice agents genuinely take load off overstretched practice teams: reachable around the clock, no hold music, real progress for underserved regions. The problem shows up plainly here, because speech models are trained on standard pronunciation and anyone with a broad dialect drops out of the system.

Whoever buys this kind of tooling should test it with real local voices and keep a human fallback open.
